HR Manager

3SC Technologies is a Multi National Technology Company located in Pakistan.

As an HR Manager, you will perform a wide range of human resources functions. Your duties include recruiting, hiring and training new and existing employees, help plan programs and processes designed to improve employee welfare. Manage payroll, maintain vital employee records and ensure the smooth operation of the HR department. You will also be responsible to ensuring employees are working efficiently and completing all their tasks without delay and all operations are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring employees are working efficiently and completing all their tasks without delay and all operations are running smoothly.
  • Ensure all company policies are being followed.
  • Overlook the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
  • Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves
  • Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 year experience as an HR Manager or related position
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Knowledge of employment law and human resources responsibilities
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Full understanding of payroll practices
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of computer applications and HR-specific software programs.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • A people person.

NOTE: This is an onsite position. We are not looking to hire freelancers. You will be required to visit the office for an onsite interview.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
