Zynergy Solutions is a growing renewable energy company specializing in solar installations, hybrid energy systems, solar generators, and energy management solutions. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Head of Operations to lead our operations, streamline processes, and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments.
• Manage solar installation and hybrid energy system projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, procurement, logistics, and customer support teams.
• Ensure operational efficiency, project quality, and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide effective problem-solving solutions.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Build and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in the solar energy industry with exposure to residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of hybrid solar systems, energy storage solutions, and system integration.
• Experience managing operations, project execution, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and operational reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with solar design, commissioning, or technical operations.
• Familiarity with inverters, batteries, hybrid energy systems, and renewable energy technologies.
• Knowledge of project management tools and ERP/CRM systems.
