Operations Manager (Male)

We are looking for a dedicated, organized and proactive Male Operations Manager to manage the overall operations of Able Health Care and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Oversee daily operations of the centre
• Manage staff coordination, schedules, and attendance

. Ensure smooth functioning of therapy sessions and programs

• Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation
• Coordinate with parents, therapists, and support staff

Monitor administrative and operational efficiency

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

Male candidate preferred

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Organizational and coordination abilities

Time management and multitasking skills

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Experience in staff and parent dealing

Record keeping and reporting skills

Proficiency in MS Office
