Position Summary

We are looking for a highly organized operations leader to improve business performance across departments. This role focuses on planning, coordination, process improvement, KPI management, and ensuring that all departments work together efficiently to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across Production, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Quality, and Services.
• Conduct daily operational meetings with department heads.
• Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure timely achievement of targets.
• Improve production planning, inventory management, and resource utilization.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives.
• Track company performance and prepare reports for the CEO.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
• 3–4 years of experience in operations management or business operations.
• Experience managing multiple departments or cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
