Facility Manager (Mechanical & Maintenance)

We need a Facility Manager for our Large industrial complex , buildings, generators etc.

About the Role

SG Allied Businesses Limited is looking for a responsible and experienced Facility Manager (Mechanical & Maintenance) to oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Oversee all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance activities.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of production utilities and building services.
• Coordinate repairs with internal staff and external contractors.
• Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
• Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Requirements

• Age: 40–50 years
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of mechanical equipment, electrical systems, utilities, generators, compressors, pumps, and building maintenance.
• Strong leadership, planning, and troubleshooting skills.
• Honest, dependable, and capable of working independently.
