Job Title: Social Media Expert

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Office Location: 3rd floor, CEMTECH NSTP – NUST, Islamabad

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday plus 1 Saturday per month | 10 AM - 7 PM

Job Description:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their brand identity, objectives, and target audience to develop tailored result driven strategies.
  • You’ll draft 15-25 posts a week that speak to our audience, grab attention, and showcase our brand’s voice.
  • Develop, plan and implement social media strategies and upcoming campaigns aligned with client objectives, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Utilize the latest, most effective research methods to identify and document proven content ideas that have delivered results in the client’s niche. Stay on top of emerging trends to keep the client ahead of the curve.
  • Create and manage content calendars for primary platform social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Post high-quality, compelling content on social media platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with the client’s brand for maximum engagement.
  • Write compelling scripts for viral niche-related videos, including hooks, core messaging, and CTAs.
  • Craft captions, hashtag sets, and copy for posts, campaigns, and ads tailored to different platforms.
  • ·Build and maintain a proper conversion funnel to turn social media engagement and virality into measurable revenue.
  • Build a Profitable Newsletter system for our clients (Using our system)
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative Team, and Social Media Engagement Specialists (SMES), ensuring everyone is aligned with the same goals.
  • Develop simple yet effective Engagement Strategies to amplify content reach, focusing on managing and nurturing the community. Adapt strategies based on feedback, changing algorithms, and user behavior.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments, top voices, trends, and updates within the client’s niche to further inform strategies and drive results.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) and provide clients with actionable insights and detailed reports.
  • Develop and nurture engaged online communities around the brand through active interaction and content strategy to drive sales.
  • Manage all the internal workspaces and remain proactive about updates on the platform, tools, techniques, strategies, and tactics for social media growth, with a focus on LinkedIn growth.
  • Set targets and achieve them. Prepare OKRs, define the right KPIs for both clients and the team, and ensure consistent progress toward meeting them.
  • Ensure fast communication, timely delivery of content and adherence to project milestones.

Requirements:

  • +2 years experience in Social Media Marketing preferably LinkedIn.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Familiarity with western culture.
  • We have international clients and you might have to respond to their messages or fortnightly meetings even after working hours. However, major work is done during working hours.
  • In case of emergence you might have to work on the weekends. (will not be often)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (minimum requirement).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in content creation, including strong copywriting, paid ads and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with design principles and ability to collaborate with creative teams.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
