Position Overview:

Turn Up Technologies is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team at the Karachi Development Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the social media presence of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement. The Social Media Executive will work closely with the marketing and design teams to execute effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance client brand presence and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms in a timely manner.
• Conduct social media audits and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visuals, graphics, and videos for social media content.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep clients ahead of the curve.
• Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Engage with influencers and build relationships to amplify client brand reach and credibility.
• Plan and execute social media contests, promotions, and campaigns to drive engagement and increase followers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with diverse clients across various industries.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
