We are looking for a performance-driven Social Media- Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in running ROI-focused campaigns in crypto, gaming, or fintech verticals. You will play a key role in generating quality leads, driving conversions, and optimizing ad spends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, etc.)
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies in real time to meet KPIs
• Create and test engaging ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting strategies
• Collaborate with design and content teams to align ads with landing pages and campaign goals
• Stay updated with Meta platform changes, policies, and ad trends relevant to high-risk industries
• Manage daily budgets, performance reporting, and A/B testing
• Ensure compliance with Meta’s advertising policies — especially for regulated sectors like crypto and fintech

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads management
• Hands-on experience in crypto, gaming, or fintech campaigns is mandatory
• Deep understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.)
• Strong skills in audience segmentation, remarketing, and conversion tracking
• Familiarity with ad compliance and restrictions in high-risk categories
• Experience with tools like Meta Pixel, GA4, and third-party tracking platforms
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with international campaign targeting
• Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and campaigns simultaneously
