The Software Development Intern will be responsible for assisting in the development, testing, and maintenance of web applications using the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) or MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack. The intern will gain hands-on experience in modern web technologies and work closely with senior developers to enhance technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of web applications using MEAN/MERN stack.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following industry best practices.
• Work on both frontend (React.js/Angular) and backend (Node.js/Express.js)development.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into applications.
• Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product managers to develop features and fix bugs.
• Participate in code reviews and debugging to ensure quality and performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
• Document technical procedures, updates, and project progress.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (last semester or completed) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and React.js/Angular.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and basic DevOps concepts.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, database management, and authentication methods (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
