Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SQA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You’ll be an integral part of our QA team — collaborating with developers and product stakeholders to test, validate, and improve the systems before they reach production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand product requirements and develop relevant test cases
• Execute manual test cases and report detailed bugs
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and re-test fixes
• Maintain clear and structured documentation of test results and processes
• Perform regression testing to ensure new changes don’t break existing functionality
• Assist in post-release testing and user feedback evaluation
• Stay aligned with quality standards and project timelines
• Contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes
• Support automated testing efforts by writing, maintaining, and executing test scripts using automation tools (e.g., Selenium)
• Identify areas suitable for automation and work towards reducing manual test overhead.

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of QA processes, SDLC, and STLC
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• A willingness to learn and grow within the QA field

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• ISTQB or similar certification
• Experience with database testing or API testing
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
