Designation: Sales Engineer
Location: DFC, Qatar
Contract Duration: Permanent
Salary Range:- 7000 QAR to 9000 QAR
Working hours: 10 Hours a day
Working Days: 6 Days a week
Experience:- 3 Years is mandatory in Software sales in GCC

Roles:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs to recommend suitable ERP solutions.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identifying potential markets and customer segments.
* Conduct thorough assessments to tailor ERP solutions to the specific requirements of prospective clients.
* Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how the ERP system addresses client challenges
* Create detailed proposals and respond to RFPs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and needs
* Work closely with implementation and technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions can be effectively delivered.
* Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress toward targets, adjusting strategies as necessary
* Lead negotiations with potential clients to close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company* Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their sales and operational needs to provide tailored ERP solutions.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for positioning the ERP solution in the retail market, highlighting key selling points and value propositions.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop compelling proposals that demonstrate how the ERP system can drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
* Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the ERP system in relation to their goals.
* Actively participate in lead generation efforts and collaborate with the sales team throughout the sales cycle to address client questions and concerns, aiding in closing deals.
* Maintain ongoing relationships with clients’ post-implementation to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
