Additional School Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Special Education or a related field mandatory.
Master’s degree in Educational Leadereship or Special Education.
Experience in coordinating SEN programs, preferably in an international or IB school setting.
Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and differentiation techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
Familiarity with cultural sensitivities in a conservative Islamic environment is an advantage.
