The Opportunity
We are hiring a Specialty Therapy Partner in our sales team in Abu Dhabi, UAE . The successful candidate will effectively represent and promote Boehringer Ingelheim core products to existing and potential customers, by presenting how the products benefits their patients, with the objective of maximizing sales revenue and increasing market share, also to offer innovative, tailored solutions for key accounts ensuring long term presence of the Specialty portfolio whilst adhering to best practice principles and the company’s standard operational procedures (SOPs).
The job holder will report to the District Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Builds and executes an effective Sales Action Plan with the objective of maximizing the business in assigned accounts and to ensure achievement of sales and market share targets/objectives.
- Propose customized partnership programs for both prescriber and payers that needs to build the productive business relation between the account and Boehringer Ingelheim.
- Plans and schedules daily visits with existing and potential customers to deliver the assigned core product message. Listing of Specialty products in all accounts through the value proposition of Specialty products to the payers and P&T committee and the decision makers.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related studies
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferably in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Rheumatology and/or Pulmonology , Specialty care experience is a plus.
- Government institution experience is a plus.
- Profound communication and Presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is a must and proficiency in Arabic is preferred
- Strong medical knowledge and thought leader management skills.
- Ability to work effectively and share information within a team environment. High business acumen with demonstrated analytical, problem solving and key account management skills.
