We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) to join our dynamic team. The SQA Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring that software products meet both functional and performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications
• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create effective test plans and test scenarios
• Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution using tools like Clickup.
• Conduct regression, integration, smoke, and performance testing
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure quality at every stage of development
• Maintain and enhance automated test suites using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar
• Perform cross-platform and cross-browser testing
• Provide clear and concise reports on testing results and coverage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in software testing, with a mix of manual and automated testing
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with automation tools for both web and mobile (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger
• Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience in CI/CD environments and integration of automated testing in pipelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
