Position Title: D365 SCM Presales Lead
Summary:
Pre-Sales SCM Lead at Systems Ltd is responsible for driving pre-sales engagements, positioning Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions, and providing expert guidance to clients. This role focuses on understanding business challenges, demonstrating tailored SCM solutions, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to deliver optimized supply chain transformations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing go-to-market strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring client success.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Lead and execute pre-sales engagements, including product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored D365 SCM solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies for supply chain solutions.
Client Engagement & Advisory:
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client supply chain challenges and positioning D365 SCM as the optimal solution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
Solution Design & Proposal Development:
- Work closely with technical teams to design end-to-end SCM solutions addressing client pain points.
- Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and sales collateral.
- Provide insights on industry best practices and competitive differentiators.
Industry Trends & Knowledge Sharing:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, Microsoft updates, and emerging supply chain technologies.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to internal training programs.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
- Work closely with marketing, delivery, and partner teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions and market needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales consulting with a focus on D365 SCM.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
- Proven ability to lead pre-sales engagements, conduct product demonstrations, and develop client-specific solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and marketing teams to drive business opportunities.
