Position: Sr. International Sales Representative (Inbound & Outbound)

Industry: E-commerce | B2B Sales | U.S Market

Role Overview:

As an International Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global B2B business forward by managing inbound and outbound sales, building long-term client relationships, and closing deals across major eCommerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, etc. You’ll work directly with sellers from the U.S. and international markets, delivering high-impact solutions tailored to their business models—Private Label, Wholesale.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Development & Prospecting:

  • Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities in the E-commerce sector.
  • Identify and analyze emerging market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Execute self-prospecting and cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
  • Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Nurture and enhance relationships with major U.S. clientele and other global partners.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategy meetings to understand evolving client needs.
  • Build rapport and trust with clients by advising on growth strategies aligned with their

Sales Closing Experience

  • Lead sales presentations and proposal calls with prospects and existing clients.
  • Consistently close complex deals and reach or exceed monthly revenue goals.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase client LTV and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis to offer customized solutions that drive results.

Team Collaboration & Service Delivery:

  • Work closely with internal operations and account managers to ensure smooth client onboarding and service fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide continuous feedback to improve service offerings and delivery.

Sales Operations:

  • Actively participate in ground-level sales operations, leveraging your expertise to influence successful outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral and presentations.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Create detailed and insightful reports using doc, spreadsheet, and presentation tools.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent English Communication – Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
  • Leadership & Ownership – Take initiative, own your targets, and drive projects to completion.
  • Analytical Thinking – Strong ability to analyze market and client data to drive informed decisions.
  • CRM Proficiency – Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce.com for lead tracking, forecasting, and follow-ups.
  • Sales Techniques – Expertise in cold calling, upselling, cross-selling, situational sales negotiation and closing the deals.
  • Tools & Channels – Skilled in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, cold outreach, and client engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the E-commerce industry.
  • Good to have an understanding / exposure of U.S. and international marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and Shopify.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client conversations, identify pain points, and close complex deals.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and contributing to team growth.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
