Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for educating the Rogers team and strengthening understanding of Xfinity’s brand strategy, identity and voice. Equip the team with the latest brand visual identity guidelines and adaptable brand assets, such as – logos, shapes, device renders, and more.
- Act as primary resource for Rogers team, driving Xfinity brand compliance and ensuring best-in-class, consistent, and on-brand expression across all Rogers Xfinity touchpoints
- Provide creative consultation and develop low-lift design elements as needed. Engage design team when necessary
- Lead briefing process with design team to develop custom Rogers assets, ensuring output adheres to both Rogers and Xfinity visual identity principles
- Bridge communication with the Xfinity brand strategy team, ensuring Rogers team is properly briefed on all necessary product positioning strategies, nomenclature, and messaging
- Craft a syndication model that can be replicated across future partnerships, inclusive of a standardized approach to adopting our brand identity, processes, and product positioning strategies
- Lead all meetings with Rogers team, ensuring regular and consistent communication and alignment on updates and status items
- Responsible for ensuring the Rogers Collection on the Xfinity Brand Hub is up-to-date with the latest Rogers Xfinity brand assets and guidelines
- Drives operational rigor for defining new and maintaining existing governance processes, including tactic review, asset management, etc
- Support new channel transformations, including dotcom, app, retail, and environmental branding
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. May require variable schedule(s) as necessary
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and brand strategy
- Exceptional partnership and collaboration skills, must be able to work seamlessly with cross functional teams and partners
- Leadership presence, ability to interface and influence all levels of the organization
- Passion for branding and design, with incredible attention to detail
- Operational rigor and discipline, ability to develop, implement and maintain processes, standards and assets
- Impeccable written and verbal communication, must be a master of presentation applications (Keynote, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
- Proactive, self-starter with agility and flexibility to adapt to changing requests in a fast-paced environment
- Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables meet specifications.
