• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment implementation.
  
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
  
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate patient care.
  
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and recovery.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records.
  
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure a safe, clean environment.
  
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.
  
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  
• Mentor and support junior nursing staff as needed.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
  
• Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in a hospital setting
  
• Must be eligible to take the SCFHS exam.
  
• Current license as a professional registered nurse.
  
• Proficient in English
