  • First point of contact for customers with technical support issues and questions on Dell products, including advanced storage attached network (SAN) and network attached storage (NAS) environments
  • Analyse log files and all other relevant information to troubleshoot and resolved storage issues
  • Analyse and resolve Complex technical issues in a fast-paced, customer critical environment, working on improving processes, standards, and strategies to perfect our Support Service.
  • Knowledge in Fibre Channel, iSCSI, RAID, Block/File level management and Disaster recovery would be highly beneficial
