We’re looking for a highly capable, trustworthy, and proactive Assistant to act as an extension of the leadership team. You’ll be stepping into strategic tasks, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in the CEO’s world. If you're highly organized, business-savvy, and comfortable taking initiative, this is your opportunity to work closely with top leadership and make a real impact. &nbsp;<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>● Act as the CEO’s right hand, managing their schedule, inbox, priorities, and key communications ● Attend internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO; take notes, follow up on action items, and ensure deliverables are met ● Manage&nbsp;cross-departmental projects, timelines, and team alignment on company goals ● Handle high-level correspondence, internal memos, and confidential documents with discretion ● Oversee the flow of studio operations, helping ensure everything is on track and delivered without delay ● Assist with sourcing materials or handling day-to-day errands as needed ● Step into internal leadership support roles in the CEO’s absence ● Serve as the main point of contact for customers: taking orders, processing payments, responding to messages, and addressing concerns professionally ● Manage and update our Shopify store, keeping orders accurate and up to date ● Record all incoming orders and coordinate them with the workshop for production ● Communicate directly with tailors: manage schedules, track timelines, and ensure smooth workflow ● Schedule the employer’s calendar: meetings, appointments, and studio-related tasks ● Seek out industry connections and opportunities for pop-ups, exhibitions, and events &nbsp;<h3>Requirements:</h3>● Strong communication and organizational skills ● Confident with basic tech: Google Sheets, Shopify (training can be provided) ● Comfortable with customer interaction and follow-up ● Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented ● Ability to manage time well and juggle multiple&nbsp;responsibilities
