Role summary: We are seeking a dynamic leader with 1-3 years of experience in directing teams and managing store operations to join AlShiaka Co. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in driving sales and profitability.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing
Qualification summary: Proven experience as a Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager in a similar industry. Strong organizational and decision-making skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Certification in Retail Management (nice to have).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the team schedule according to the business needs.
- Motivate the sales team to drive performance.
- Communicate Monthly Targets to the staff and ensure their effort toward achievement.
- Instruct and train the Assistant Manager
- Coach and supervise and evaluate all employees (assistant manager/salesmen/cashiers)
- Give input to the Retail Supervisor for employees' end-of-year appraisal.
- Plan and conduct on-job training for salesmen
- To ensure proper team behavior in terms of showroom discipline and process and propose actions to SVs as needed.
- Highlight peak times and extra resources ahead of time to allow planning and allocation of needed resources.
- Revert on salesmen's performance against agreed KPIs.
- Ensure a clear understanding of the incentive schemes.
