Job Description

Job Description:

· Managing inventory levels by ordering new material (consumable) as need to replace existing stock accordingly

· Maintain inventory in detail

· Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized

· Recording new material and prepare them for production team as per project reference

· Record, Control the wastage and bad practices associated to material consumption and labours usage.

· Follow up the material receipt process to ensure store performance and provide essential material for the production process

· Control the release of materials to be used in production and record the returned materials for future use

· Maintain regulation on fire safety prevention.

· Make Purchase Requests then forward to Purchase Department to maintain the level of items stocks

· Arrange pickups transportation according to the schedule and ensure orders are delivered on time

· Create invoices and delivery notes for the orders

· Perform any other task as requested by Manager

Qualifications:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

· 2- 3 years relevant experience as a storekeeper

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient in MS Office

· Familiar with WMS or ERP systems preferably SAP

· Must be organized and punctual

· Familiar with standard concepts and best practices in logistics and warehouse management preferably in the manufacturing industry.
