Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Sales Engineer (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling insulation products and solutions to contractors, consultants, developers, and industrial clients across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the UAE market.</li><li>Promote insulation products including EPS, XPS, Styrofoam, and other thermal insulation solutions.</li><li>Visit contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and project owners to secure project specifications and sales orders.</li><li>Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.</li><li>Conduct product presentations and provide technical support to clients.</li><li>Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry.</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of technical sales experience in insulation products, building materials, construction products, or HVAC solutions.</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE construction market and insulation systems.</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.</li><li>UAE Driving License is mandatory.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare technical submittals, material submissions, and project documentation.</li><li>Review project drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.</li><li>Assist in preparing shop drawings and quantity take-offs.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal departments.</li><li>Maintain records of technical approvals and project correspondence.</li><li>Support the sales and project teams with technical information.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of project-related documents.</li><li>Perform other technical and administrative tasks as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.</li><li>Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Ability to read and understand engineering drawings is an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Good command of English (written and spoken).</li><li>Eagerness to learn and develop within a technical environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Loading Supervisor - all loading and unloading operations to ensure materials are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating logistics and schedules, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, verifying shipment contents, and maintaining records and reports.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily loading and unloading activities in the warehouse and dispatch area</li><li>Ensure all materials are loaded accurately according to delivery orders and invoices</li><li>Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and production teams for smooth operations</li><li>Monitor loading schedules to ensure on-time truck departures</li><li>Inspect materials before loading to avoid damages and shortages</li><li>Ensure proper stacking, handling, and securing of insulation products during transportation</li><li>Supervise loading staff and forklift operators</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and safety in loading zones and warehouse areas</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procedures and HSE standards</li><li>Report loading issues, shortages, damages, or delays to management</li><li>Maintain loading records, dispatch logs, and inventory movement reports</li><li>Train and guide loading staff on safety and operational procedures</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma preferred</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of UAE experience in warehouse, logistics, or loading supervision</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, insulation, construction materials, or industrial products preferred</li><li>Good knowledge of warehouse operations and dispatch procedures</li><li>Ability to manage labor teams and coordinate multiple loading activities</li><li>Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP, or warehouse systems)</li><li>Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage</li><li>Physically fit and able to work in fast-paced environments</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
