Machine OperatorQualificationsGender : MaleEduc. back ground : Industrial or TechnicalAge : Max 30 years oldNationality : Any nationalityYears of Exp. : Minimum 1-2 years (UAE experience)Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAERequired Certificates : Education, Work, LicensesMain Role:To develop, implement, monitor, operate and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and workflow for EPS products.Duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>Organize, implement, maintain and operate production machines and utilities</li><li>Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents, and to ensure that they are followed</li><li>Improve continually existing operation, for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings</li><li>Investigate operational problems affecting production, reporting and recommending solutions</li><li>Manage manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing.</li><li>Provide manufacturing data i.e. production reports analyzing, machines capabilities, to improve manufacturing process and measure progress to target</li><li>Identify ways to reduce production costs through recommendations &ndash; i.e. new process equipment, equipment justification to improve performance</li><li>Work as design engineer on DFX (design for excellence) to include:</li><li>Design for cost</li><li>Design for test</li><li>Design for manufacturing</li><li>Work with other relevant departments to determine estimated costs, run time, cost reduction and close the feedback loop</li><li>Train and supervise staff on new development processes and technology</li><li>Establish a training and quality culture</li></ul>Pre-Requisite Skills and Training<ul><li>Diploma in Electro-mechanical, Electrical, Mechanical OR Chemical Engineering</li><li>Good experience in analyzing information.</li><li>Able to make and do reporting research results</li><li>Good knowledge in maintenance procedures is an advanced option</li><li>Able to manage the high stress of tight deadlines</li><li>Attention to detail and good communication skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Machine Operator

<ul><li>Deliver goods via a heavy truck, sometimes over intercity routes or spanning several states or country</li><li>Drive long distances.</li><li>Fill up on fuel, clean truck, and wash windows.</li><li>Monitor road conditions and watch for traffic congestion.</li><li>Follow all applicable traffic laws.</li><li>Inspect their trailer before and after the trip and record any defects they find.</li><li>Any work assigned by the management</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Age: Below 40 years</li><li>Good Communication skills</li><li>Can join immediately.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Permanent
