JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Prepare pre-qualification, material submittal, shop drawings documents for each project.</li><li>Update the load/design calculation for several applications (e.g., void filling/landscaping/planters/ramps/etc.)</li><li>Develop the U-value calculation requirement per project based on the fundamental norms of Wall/Column/Beam/EIFS- fa&ccedil;ade/Soffit/Roof Applications and the Local Authority requirements using DM &amp; ESTIDAMA calculators and provide full thermal study for building/villa accordingly. Method of fixation &quot;MOF&quot; (drawings).</li><li>Fill up ESTIDAMA Material Questionnaire and DGBR (Dubai Green Building Regulations &amp; Specifications) and all related letters.</li><li>Method of Statement &quot;MOS&quot; (typed).</li><li>Compliance statement against the project's specifications.</li><li>Study the competitive products and provide comparison against STYRO products.</li><li>Provide new catalogues that reflect a strong technical base.</li><li>Propose the suitable density.</li><li>Follow up with pending projects and proposals.</li><li>Develop strong comparisons to highlight STYRO products' engineering properties.</li><li>Update the technical detais/drawings/MOS/MOF/ITP/Technical letters/etc.</li><li>Develop load/design calculation for several applications (void filling/ landscaping/planters'/ramps/etc.).</li><li>Propose alternative thermal systems solutions for the main contractor and consultant. Proposed alternative filling systems solutions that suit the projects technical and commercial requirements.</li><li>Developing technical marketing materials and products, monitoring product performance, and resolving errors.</li><li>Follow up with the colleagues to get consultants' approvals (e.g. mockup/sample/MOF/etc.)</li><li>Processing the Sales orders using SAP.</li><li>Attend the technical meeting once required from the contractor or consultant.</li><li>Follow the tender stage, under construction project to specify STYRO product with the Technical Team support.</li><li>To follow the standards which are related to our products/ system.</li><li>Prepare visit report and to be submitted to the Technical Manager.</li><li>Joining the Technical Team on their visits.</li><li>Make sure all emails received to technical department are replied to and follow up with the manager to get a reply and send back to the client or other department.</li><li>Follow up with manager to update the status on all open Opportunities in the technical dept on SAP.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Technical Sales Engineer (Arab)

<ul><li>Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications</li><li>Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives</li><li>Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals</li><li>Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc</li><li>Screen candidates resumes and job applications</li><li>Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule</li><li>Assess applicants&rsquo; relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes</li><li>Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated</li><li>Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices</li><li>Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team</li><li>Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process</li><li>Performs any other task as required.</li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>Proven work experience as a Recruiter (</li><li>Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)</li><li>Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)</li><li>Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)</li><li>Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong decision-making skills</li><li>BS/MS in Human Resources Management</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Recruiting Coordinator

<ul><li>Responsible for daily follow-ups and scheduling of collections to a group of companies Clients.</li><li>Records daily collection for a group of companies Clients.</li><li>Prepares reports for SOA, monitoring of invoices &amp; balance collection status.</li><li>Monitors clients paying habits &amp; collection details.</li><li>Accepts collections and issue an official receipt</li><li>Ensures payments (checks, cash, and bank transfers) are daily posted correctly and daily banked, issue receipts for payments upload and send receipt to the client.</li><li>Monitors client accounts constantly to identify any problems or any potential bad debt.</li><li>Follows the collection cycle process daily in details as per company&rsquo;s policy.</li><li>Ensures post and courier are opened promptly.</li><li>Ensures all customers have valid trade licenses</li><li>Ensures Credit application Status Form is completed by client with all required supporting documents to hand to legal and Collections Manager for review and approval.</li><li>Generates various reports as requested by the management.</li><li>Acts as a point of reference and advice for STYRO team and Customers.</li><li>Provides customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process, and review account adjustments, and resolve client discrepancies and short payments.</li><li>Verifies all transactions comply with financial policies and procedures inline with the company procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with the Accounts department to maintain list of Accounts Receivable and Payable.</li><li>Performs other related tasks and duties as assigned by the management from time to time</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate of BSC Accounting, finance or equivalent</li><li>Must have at least 2-year experience in Finance and credit and collection.</li><li>Preferably with UAE driving License</li><li>Must have experience with client visit during collection</li><li>Mature, independent, hardworking, honest, good communication skills.</li><li>Good command in English.</li><li>Must possess the good analytical ability.</li><li>Exposure in all phases of accounting.</li><li>Capability/potential for acquiring higher responsibilities.</li><li>Computer literate in Windows environment and other commonly used Accounting software.</li><li>Must be knowledgeable in Credit/Debt Collection, basic accounting, bank transactions.</li><li>Preference will be given who can join ASAP</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
