The Application Engineer / Draftsman will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support across multiple systems, including EIFS, Styro EDFS, and Roof Systems. The role requires preparing and managing samples, conducting research for material selection, coordinating with testing laboratories, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. This position also plays a key role in supporting marketing, training, and project mock-ups to enhance product performance and market reach.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare product samples for EIFS, Styro EDFS, and Roof Systems for client submissions, events, and project demonstrations.</li><li>Conduct indicative tests in-house and prepare samples for third-party fire testing and performance validation.</li><li>Arrange and maintain marketing samples for exhibitions, events, and customer presentations.</li><li>Perform research on material selection for different applications to ensure best performance, durability, and compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers and R&amp;D teams to identify new technologies, materials, and innovative solutions.</li><li>Follow up with testing laboratories for material performance, fire resistance, and system certifications.</li><li>Support the technical team in preparing compliance statements, technical submittals, and reports in line with project and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Prepare and execute mock-ups at project sites to demonstrate system application and performance.</li><li>Provide on-site technical support during trials and system implementation.</li><li>Conduct training sessions for applicators, contractors, and partners on EIFS, Styro EDFS, and roof systems.</li><li>Provide technical presentations and &ldquo;lunch &amp; learn&rdquo; sessions for consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.</li><li>Work closely with the technical, sales, and marketing teams to align sample preparation, mock-ups, and testing with business requirements.</li><li>Provide feedback to the R&amp;D and product teams for continuous improvement based on field performance and testing results.</li><li>Create technical 2D &amp; 3D drawings using the optimum software e.g. AutoCAD, Solid Works, 3D Max, Maya based on given specifications and calculations from hand sketches, verbal instructions and site visits.</li><li>Seamlessly into the granting and working with managers design consultants and subcontractors, to produce and alter drawings.</li><li>Exhaustively reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors, before being sent to the next operation etc.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Timely preparation and delivery of samples for projects and events.</li><li>Number of tests successfully coordinated with external laboratories.</li><li>Effectiveness of mock-ups and training sessions delivered.</li><li>Compliance of systems with fire and regulatory standards.</li><li>Contribution to material research and innovative solutions.</li><li>Level of support provided to technical and marketing teams in achieving project.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Technical Engineer (Application Engineer / Draftsman)

Banking Relationships:<ul><li>Maintain good communication with banks and support the Finance Manager on all bank related correspondences.</li><li>Research on new services/products offered by the banks and analyze the suitability for the company.</li><li>Ensure company's listing on all banks possible to enhance the company's image and support for all employees.</li><li>Adhoc bank related tasks as assigned by the finance Manager.</li></ul>Cashflow:<ul><li>Support the Finance Manager in all aspects of Cashflow as delegated.</li><li>Track fund flow situation in the absence of Finance Manager.</li><li>Routine negotiation with all business partners to disperse out cash flow to meet working capital requirements.</li><li>Regular coordination with collection team to ascertain weekly forecast of collections.</li><li>Assist the Finance Manager on collections from LC customers through regular monitoring of sales and deliveries.</li><li>Coordinate with Sales team/salesman to improve the LC sales cycle by speeding up deliveries and collection.</li><li>Liase with document controller on status of delivery notes/invoice acknowledgement.</li><li>Act as a strong mediator for Purchase department to negotiate payouts.</li><li>Involvement in supplier analysis and work to get better credit terms</li></ul>Raw Material Import/Clearance<ul><li>Keep track on shipments post order placement.</li><li>Follow up with Banks regarding documents for imports.</li><li>Liaise with clearing agent for clearance procedures and delivery of goods to factory premises.</li></ul>Projects Accounting (SUPPLY APPLY)<ul><li>Review Contracts/LOI during the draft stage with Projects Dept. to understand the general scope of execution.</li><li>Invoice billing for Projects Department.</li><li>Liaising with Project engineers on all aspects of Contracts accounting, reconciliation, follow ups.</li><li>Inventory checks on sites in coordination with Project Engineers.</li><li>Subcontractor payables accounting and follow ups</li><li>Delegating minor projects related accounting tasks to junior accountants.</li><li>Documenting contract copies</li><li>Negotiating with subcontractors for payments with the guidance of Line Manager</li></ul>Operational checks * Conduct random and monthlychecks on Stores inventory<ul><li>Physical verification of material on project sites to account for consumption and stocks levels</li><li>Checks on physical inventory transfers between locations/project sites.</li><li>Minimize storage risks by evaluating inventory and consumption patterns in liaison with procurement department.General Accounting</li><li>Provide guidance to junior accountants on all general accounting functions.</li><li>Perform general tasks in the absence of junior staff.</li><li>Delegate bank reconciliation tasks to junior accountants</li><li>Support the team on cheque deposits</li><li>Perform cashier related tasks to cover up any team member absence as and when delegated.</li><li>Take responsibility of petty cash handling in the absence of any team member</li><li>Any other tasks as assigned by Line Manager</li></ul>Attendance and Payroll<ul><li>Support the Finance Manager in aspects of Payroll accounting as delegated.</li><li>Extracting attendance summaries for hired labours/projects on a case-to-case basis to base calculations.</li></ul>Coporate TAX and VAT : submit all reports are on timely basisTraining and Development<ul><li>Be a role model to junior staff within the department</li><li>Guide junior staff on accounting and summary preparation.</li><li>Suggest ways to improve the general process flow of accounting methodology, records tracking and summaries</li><li>Provide ideas to IT team to develop new custom reports that can simplify analysis or reconciliations.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Should be Bachelor's degree in Accounts</li><li>Must have minimum 3-4 years of working experience in same role.</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office, Tally and mailing system.</li><li>Relevant software skills (On-Job training to be provided).</li><li>Strong numerical skills.</li><li>Multitasking ability.</li><li>Preferably contracting accounting background.</li><li>Requirement to pass the appropriate company test for the position</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>

Method of Fixation &ldquo;MOF&rdquo; (drawings).</li><li>Fill up ESTIDAMA Material Questionnaire and all related letters.</li><li>Method of Statement &ldquo;MOS&rdquo; (typed).</li><li>Compliance statement against the project&rsquo;s specifications.</li><li>Study the competitive products and provide comparison against styro products.</li><li>Provide new catalogues that reflect a strong technical base.</li><li>Propose the suitable density.</li><li>Follow up with pending projects and proposals.</li><li>Develop strong comparison to highlight STYRO products&rsquo; engineering properties.</li><li>Update the technical details/drawings/MOS/MOF/ITP/Technical letters/etc.</li><li>Develop load/design calculation for several applications (void filling/ landscaping/ planters/ ramps/etc.).</li><li>Propose alternative thermal systems solutions.</li><li>Proposed alternative filling systems solutions that suit the projects technical and commercial requirements.</li><li>Developing technical marketing materials and products, monitoring product performance, and resolving errors</li><li>Follow up with the colleagues to get consultants approvals (e.g. mock-up/sample/MOF/etc.)</li><li>Doing the SO using SAP</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
