Technical Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Sales Engineer (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling insulation products and solutions to contractors, consultants, developers, and industrial clients across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the UAE market.
  • Promote insulation products including EPS, XPS, Styrofoam, and other thermal insulation solutions.
  • Visit contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and project owners to secure project specifications and sales orders.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide technical support to clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of technical sales experience in insulation products, building materials, construction products, or HVAC solutions.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE construction market and insulation systems.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
