Technical Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to promote and sell the company’s products and services by combining technical expertise with strong sales abilities. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients
• Promote and sell company products/services to customers
• Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams for project execution
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering
• Strong technical and commercial understanding
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• UAE market experience preferred
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Experience in construction, industrial, HVAC, MEP, or engineering products preferred
