Loading Supervisor

Loading Supervisor - all loading and unloading operations to ensure materials are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating logistics and schedules, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, verifying shipment contents, and maintaining records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily loading and unloading activities in the warehouse and dispatch area
• Ensure all materials are loaded accurately according to delivery orders and invoices
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and production teams for smooth operations
• Monitor loading schedules to ensure on-time truck departures
• Inspect materials before loading to avoid damages and shortages
• Ensure proper stacking, handling, and securing of insulation products during transportation
• Supervise loading staff and forklift operators
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in loading zones and warehouse areas
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and HSE standards
• Report loading issues, shortages, damages, or delays to management
• Maintain loading records, dispatch logs, and inventory movement reports
• Train and guide loading staff on safety and operational procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma preferred
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in warehouse, logistics, or loading supervision
• Experience in manufacturing, insulation, construction materials, or industrial products preferred
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and dispatch procedures
• Ability to manage labor teams and coordinate multiple loading activities
• Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP, or warehouse systems)
• Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to work in fast-paced environments
