Job Purpose:

To support the organization’s long-term goals by conducting financial analysis, developing strategic plans, and evaluating business initiatives to drive financial growth, cost efficiency, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Analysis

• Assist in the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan .
• Conduct financial modeling , scenario analysis, and market research to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze internal data and external trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives such as mergers, partnerships, and new investments.

Financial Performance Monitoring

• Collaborate with Finance to monitor KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership, highlighting trends, variances, and recommendations.
• Develop dashboards or visual reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau .

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with departments like operations, marketing, and HR to align strategic initiatives.
• Participate in annual business planning and budgeting cycles.
• Support the development of business cases for major initiatives.

Risk & Scenario Management

• Identify financial and strategic risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis and stress testing to evaluate the impact of various scenarios.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis , strategic planning , or corporate finance .
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and business case development.
• Proficiency in Excel , PowerPoint , and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
