Job Summary:
The Strategic Associate supports the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence through project management and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning Support:
- Assist in developing and executing strategic plans that align with organizational goals, conducting research to inform decision-making.
- Project Management:
- Manage strategic projects, developing schedules, budgets, and resource plans while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations through reports and presentations.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on the performance of strategic initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs), addressing challenges as they arise.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement enhancements within the strategic development function, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Skills: Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with market research tools.
