Job Summary:
The incumbent will apply their extensive expertise in pavement and road design to lead the structural design and implementation of road paving projects. They will focus on developing efficient, durable designs while analyzing and optimizing road pavement structures, working collaboratively with engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the structural design of pavement layers, ensuring alignment with industry standards and project specifications.
• Conduct the geometric design of roads, incorporating best practices to enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Analyze surveying data and evaluate road pavement layers to inform design improvements and project adjustments.
• Utilize structural design programs and methods to create and refine road construction plans.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, integrated project workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in road paving processes, contributing to the advancement of engineering practices within the organization.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing design rationale, project progress, and implementation strategies.
• Stay current with advancements in pavement engineering and incorporate new techniques and technologies into project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Pavement Engineering.
• Over 15 years of experience in the structural design of pavement layers and geometric design of roads.
• Adequate experience in analyzing and evaluating road pavement layer data.
• Proficiency in structural design programs and methods for road construction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex data effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling successful collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
