Job Description:Euro Group Engineering Consultancy is seeking a highly experienced Resident Engineer for a 24-month infrastructure project in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in infrastructure projects, particularly focusing on bridges, highway roads, and services.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed according to design, budget, and schedule.</li><li>Maintain strong onsite presence, oversee construction staff, and ensure compliance with engineering principles and safety regulations.</li><li>Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities, to ensure effective coordination and communication.</li><li>Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team in infrastructure development including bridges and highway roads.</li><li>Review engineering plans and specifications, making recommendations for improvements or adjustments when necessary.</li><li>Ensure quality control and project execution meet the highest standards of technical and safety requirements.</li><li>Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Prepare and present reports on project progress, quality, and performance to senior management.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.</li><li>More than 16 years of professional engineering experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects such as bridges, highways, and associated services.</li><li>Proven track record of successful project management and execution of large-scale engineering projects.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and coordinating large teams.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of engineering software and tools.</li><li>Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 24 monthsExpected Start Date: 01/07/2025
