To provide hands-on experience in industrial supply chain operations and develop future professionals with strong technical and commercial understanding. The intern will support day-to-day procurement, logistics, and inventory management activities, gaining exposure to ERP tools, vendor interaction, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in technical procurement of engineering materials, spare parts, and chemicals.
• Participate in RFQ preparation, comparison sheets, and vendor follow-ups.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for material planning and dispatches.
• Support in maintaining inventory records and tracking slow-moving or critical stock.
• Enter data and generate reports in ERP (Odoo / SAP / Oracle) and Excel.
• Liaise with local and international suppliers for delivery timelines and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining documentation for imports, including POs, invoices, and GRNs.
• Support team in process improvement initiatives related to procurement and logistics.

Requirements:

• Education: Final year student or fresh graduate in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong interest in industrial operations, procurement, and materials management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; exposure to ERP tools is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Self-driven and willing to work in a plant-based or corporate environment.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
