Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations for our company. You will be responsible for the strategic planning and coordination of logistics, procurement, and distribution to ensure products are delivered on time, in full, and at the right cost. Your role is critical in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain, which will contribute directly to the company's bottom line and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with the company's objectives. Our ideal candidate is analytical, forward-thinking, with strong leadership skills, and has proven experience in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with corporate objectives.
• Oversee the procurement process to ensure timely sourcing of quality materials.
• Manage and optimize the logistics and distribution processes for efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for reducing supply chain costs.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to forecast demand and plan inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and initiate improvement actions.
• Lead and motivate the supply chain team to achieve operational goals.
• Work closely with IT to implement supply chain management systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and develop new partnerships.
• Manage risk within the supply chain to minimize potential disruptions.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a supply chain management role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management software and systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
• Strong negotiating skills and the ability to build supplier relationships.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
