Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in purchase order management, supplier coordination, and procurement processes using SAP. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple supply chain functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase Order Management:
• Handle full end-to-end PO processing including creation, tracking, amendment, and closure, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• SAP Procurement:
• Utilize SAP to manage procurement workflows, update PO statuses, and ensure seamless integration of supply chain operations across departments.
• Freight & Logistics Coordination:
• Support the coordination of inbound and outbound freight activities. Work closely with logistics partners to track shipments, manage delivery timelines, and resolve freight issues.
• Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation:
• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers. Support price negotiation efforts and maintain a supplier database for ongoing procurement needs.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as a reliable point of contact between internal teams and external suppliers. Provide regular updates and reports on supply chain activities and address any arising issues with professionalism.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations. Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in end-to-end PO management.
• Proficiency in SAP for procurement and PO processing is required.
• Experience in freight handling and coordination is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with supplier sourcing and pricing negotiation is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• High level of accountability and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
