    Job Description:

    Qualification / Experience:

    • BE/MS (Engineering) from any HEC recognized university.
    • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in any reputable organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage entire ICT Infrastructure and ensure that data networks are up 24/7.
    • Ensure track & management of IT service desk.
    • Provides feedback on problematic trends & patterns in technical support to team leads and / or supervisor.
    • Recommend hardware and software solutions and upgrades using established procurement processes.
    • Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date inventory records of all computers and printers.
    • Plan, propose & deploy new network applications, communication, web, email, domain servers and resolve network problems.
    • Responsible for procurement of IT equipment, software licensing, outsourcing services, Vendor evaluation & SLA management, IT technical documentation and disaster recovery plans.
    • Provide technical experience and expertise to support the systems integration necessary to deliver and support applications that meet the client/ business needs.
    • Supervise and coordinate with NIT staff in problem-solving, monitoring, and installing data communication equipment and software.
    • Oversee Solutions repository and ensure top quality solutions are available to the staff.

    • Schedule backups and ensure integrity of data.
    • Designed and implement redundant systems, policies, and procedures for disaster recovery and data archiving to ensure effective protection and integrity of data.
    • Managed the entire LAN which includes data centre, and also participate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with end-users and department managers.
    Performed network and security audits, troubleshoot, resolve hardware and software
