<ul><li>1 years of experience in retail operations or front desk/reception management.</li></ul><div><br>

<ul><li>2 years of experience in retail operations, customer service, or front desk/reception management.</li></ul><div><br>
</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div><div><br>
</div><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and visitors, providing accurate information on store products, services and ongoing promotions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage all sales transactions, including processing payments through cash, credit/debit cards and approved digital platforms, in compliance with established financial procedures.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reconcile daily cash and transaction reports and submit required documentation to MARCOMS Dte.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Oversee the presentation and organization of merchandise, ensuring products are displayed in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines and NUST branding standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment requests and participate in regular stock-taking activities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate the work of support staff (e.g., helpers) to ensure cleanliness, tidiness and operational readiness of the store.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist in receiving, inspecting and documenting deliveries to ensure stock accuracy and quality compliance.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner, escalating matters when necessary to maintain service quality.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support the execution of in-store events, product launches and promotional campaigns as directed by MARCOMS.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure adherence to all NUST policies, operational protocols ,and compliance requirements relevant to store operations and customer service.</li></ul><div><br>
</div><div><b>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:</b></div><div><br>

</div><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and transaction handling procedures.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to handle cash and digital payments accurately.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Professional communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a customer-facing role.</li></ul><div><br>
