Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Systems Support Engineer with a strong technical background and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving complex desktop, application, and network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, desktop, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Manage and support virtualization environments including VMware, Citrix XenServer, and Microsoft Azure.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot VoIP systems, especially Genesys platforms.
• Install, configure, and support enterprise applications and IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to manage system updates, patches, and deployments.
• Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide timely and efficient support in a fast-paced IT service environment.
• Experience handeling windows servers 2012,16,22 & Access Managment
• Knowlwdge of Network Protocols
• Strong technical skills ( Hardware , Software & Networks )
• Documenting process
• Contribute to the proper functioning of all office technology equipment including IP telephon system, Mobile Devices, docking stations, PC, Tablets and Laptops

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a systems support or IT support role.
• Proficient in Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, VMware, Azure).
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
• Experience in enterprise IT environments and with remote support tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
