A leading organization in the Guest Service industry is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition & Emiratization .
The Director will play a pivotal role in scaling operations through strategic talent acquisition, mass hiring campaigns, and driving Emiratization excellence.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
🔹 Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with executive leadership to anticipate future talent needs, support business growth strategies, and design a comprehensive workforce roadmap.
🔹 Mass Hiring Leadership: Design and lead large-scale, high-volume recruitment campaigns to support operational expansion, particularly in guest services and frontline experience roles.
🔹 Talent Acquisition Excellence: Oversee end-to-end recruitment for both strategic and operational hires, ensuring a world-class candidate experience and strong employer brand positioning.
🔹 Emiratization Strategy: Champion the Emiratization agenda, working closely with stakeholders to deliver meaningful, sustainable nationalization outcomes.
🔹 Employer Branding: Elevate the company’s brand as the employer of choice within the guest services, hospitality, and entertainment industries, both regionally and internationally.
🔹 Operational Optimization: Implement best-in-class recruitment processes, leverage ATS systems, sourcing technology, and data-driven insights to optimize hiring efficiency and quality.
🔹 Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, setting a high standard of excellence, agility, and innovation.
Ideal Profile:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
✅ Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, including mass hiring and nationalization programs.
✅ Proven track record of scaling talent functions within high-growth, customer-facing industries (hospitality, attractions, entertainment, retail, airlines, or similar sectors).
✅ Strong strategic mindset with operational hands-on ability — balancing big-picture thinking with attention to execution.
✅ Expertise in recruitment marketing, technology platforms (ATS, CRM), and data analytics.
✅ Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are highly desirable.
