Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and build a strong employer brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies that attract top talent across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate is data-driven, experienced in full-cycle recruiting, and has a strong understanding of current hiring trends and employer branding techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
- Create proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines for critical roles.
- Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source-of-hire) to optimize performance.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and department heads to forecast hiring needs.
- Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
Sourcing & Recruitment Operations
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, employee referrals, events, and third-party agencies.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Collaborate with Marketing/HR to strengthen employer branding strategies across digital platforms.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance candidate engagement and experience.
- Represent the company at career fairs, conferences, and networking events.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Support internal audits and reporting requirements related to recruitment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience designing and executing recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS systems.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, and employment branding.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
