
Duties & Responsibilities
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage applicant pipelines.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further assessments.
Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.
Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly updates to management.
Utilize social media and professional networks to source high-quality candidates.
Job Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
