noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:

As a part of the Heroes team, you will be expected to promote a positively engaged work environment and foster strong relationships between employees and the management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting blue-collar employees, agency hires, direct hires, and managing bulk hires. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, shortlisting, and managing various hiring channels such as agency and referral programs. The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient recruitment of qualified candidates to meet the company’s operational needs in the UAE.
- Recruitment Management: Handle full-cycle recruitment processes, mainly for blue-collar employees, including direct hires, agency hires, and bulk recruitment.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct effective screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job specifications and requirements.
- Direct hiring: Manage bulk hires using techniques like walk in interviews and other methods to attract candidates to apply.
- Agency Management: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring the selection of quality candidates for various roles.
- Referral Program Oversight: Manage and promote the company’s employee referral programs to drive quality candidate sourcing.
- Bulk Hiring Coordination: Coordinate and manage bulk recruitment drives locally in the UAE, ensuring the timely sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing them with necessary information and updates.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring decisions. Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure alignment on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices in the UAE to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
What you’ll need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processes.
- Proficiency in Arabic (an advantage).
- Proven experience of minimum 3 years as a Talent Acquisition Executive, Recruiter, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on blue-collar direct recruitment, agency hires, and bulk hiring within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and recruitment processes in the UAE.
- Experience in managing recruitment for a wide range of job functions, particularly blue-collar roles.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruitment campaigns efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
