Job Summary:

Al Haadi Mobilya Lahore is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Taxation Lead to oversee all taxation-related matters, ensure compliance with local tax laws, and optimize tax strategies for the organization. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Pakistan’s tax regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead the tax team to manage corporate tax filings, audits, and tax planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance including income tax, sales tax (GST), withholding tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Prepare, review, and file accurate tax returns and related statutory reports within prescribed deadlines.
• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and consultants during tax assessments and audits.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
• Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Coordinate with the finance and accounts team to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for tax purposes.
• Conduct tax risk assessments and advise management on potential tax exposures.
• Prepare tax reports and presentations for senior management.
• Lead and mentor the tax team, providing guidance and training on taxation matters.
• Ensure timely resolution of tax queries and issues.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA qualified, with specialized experience in taxation.
• Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in corporate taxation, preferably in manufacturing or retail sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan tax laws including Income Tax Ordinance, Sales Tax Act, and other relevant statutes.
• Experience with tax audits, assessments, and dealing with tax authorities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Must be willing to work full-time onsite at the Lahore office.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling international tax matters and transfer pricing is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
