Job Description

Job Opportunity: Tech Customer Operations - (CPA)

We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Tech Customer Operations (CPA) to join our dynamic team! If you have 1-2 years of experience in the telecom industry and are passionate about providing top-notch service, this role is for you. You’ll play a crucial part in delivering high-quality installations, repairs, and troubleshooting at customer locations. A bike is essential for this role as you'll be traveling to various customer premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure telecom connections at customer locations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair network wiring and equipment to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain and upgrade telecom infrastructure for optimal performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Ensure all installations and repairs meet safety and industry standards.
  • Travel to customer sites for on-site services (bike required).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in the telecom industry with a focus on connection building, repairs, and troubleshooting.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of telecom networks, wiring, and related equipment.
  • Education: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Bike Requirement: Must own a bike for on-the-go service delivery.

Compensation:

  • Salary Package: 32,000 PKR (Basic) + Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
