The ideal candidate is proficient in technical writing, SEO optimization, and audience engagement, with a strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.

Responsibilities:

• Case Studies & White Papers: Develop data-driven case studies and authoritative white papers to showcase expertise and industry insights.
• SEO Copywriting & Content Optimization: Craft SEO-friendly technical content that ranks well while maintaining readability and value.
• Onsite & Offsite Content: Write technical blogs, articles, and thought leadership pieces for websites and industry platforms.
• Email & Social Media Content: Develop persuasive email sequences and engaging social media content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels.
• Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitors to create forward-thinking content.
• Technical Editing & Proofreading: Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publishing.
• Content Strategy & Planning: Align content creation with business objectives, audience needs, and marketing goals.
• Graphic & Infographic Collaboration: Work with designers to enhance technical content with visual storytelling.
• AI & Automation Tools for Writing: Utilize modern tools to streamline content production and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent communication.
• Proven experience (3-4 years) as a Technical Content Writer, preferably in an IT or software development environment.
• Strong technical knowledge, including familiarity with programming languages, Salesforce, and AWS (preferred).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to write in an explanatory and procedural style for multiple audiences.
• Experience working with code repositories and documentation tools.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, content management systems, and SEO tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
