 Responsibilities

 Receive daily job cards and conduct the repair within assigned TAT and repeat repair ratio limits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present the company in a professional manner, respect to local culture and maintain self-hygiene
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve maximum customer satisfaction through proper repair, communication skills, proactive actions and empathy
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform emergency corrective maintenance in the field utilizing in-depth troubleshooting of a wide variety of tool models and peripheral equipment&rsquo;s within and outside working hours per business demand
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and report possible quality issues to supervisor and work on find solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report performed repairs, parts consumed, VOC result and daily activities
 </li>
 <li>
 preventative/corrective measures to maintain a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, and presentable
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-development in product knowledge and trouble shooting skills
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Educational Qualification
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Years of Experience: 5 - 8 Years
 </li>
 <li>
 Field of Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in service of HVAC industry
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Product knowledge in RF/VRV System, Ducted Split Units, Rooftop Package Units, AHUs, FCUs and chillers
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical troubleshooting
 </li>
 <li>
 Brazing/welding skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication skills (English and Arabic is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Driving license is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 PC and CRM system usage and data entry
 </li>
 </ul>
