Job Overview

We are hiring Solar Technicians to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar energy systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with residential or commercial solar installations and be able to work effectively in a field environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of solar PV systems according to technical designs
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on installed systems
• Ensure safe and proper handling of electrical tools and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues on-site
• Follow safety standards and company protocols during all operations
• Report progress and site issues to supervisors or engineers

Requirements

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or Mechanical
• 1–2 years of practical experience in solar system installation
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and solar components
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
• Strong work ethic and team spirit

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
