Job Title: Telecommunication Executive (Night Shift)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 10A, Karachi
Shift: Night (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

IT Verticals is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecommunication Executive to join our night shift team. This role involves engaging international clients, generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue for our eCommerce and IT services. If you have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and relevant experience in sales and calling, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers via cold calling, emails, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients to drive business growth.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize sales.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer records.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead generation and brand awareness strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1-3 years of relevant sales experience (preferably in B2B/B2C, IT services, or eCommerce).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales deals.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart) is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, Affiliate Marketing, and Social Media Marketing is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

Paid Training Program:

• Proper training will be provided directly from the US for two weeks.
• Training is fully paid and designed to ensure candidates are well-prepared.
• However, candidates must already have relevant experience in sales and calling.
