Design and oversee promotions, offers, and social ad campaigns to increase reach and followers.Content Creation:Develop content (images, videos, text) to engage target audiences. Collaborate with designers to create visuals like covers, ads, and landing pages. Keep social channels updated with seasonal content and offers.Customer Engagement:Respond to users, build relationships, and generate leads. Expand outreach through partnerships with bloggers and influencers. Represent the brand on social platforms.Performance &amp; Optimization:Analyze social media campaigns, track metrics, and provide insights for improvement. Manage online reviews and reputation.Industry Monitoring:Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and strategies. Identify opportunities or threats in user-generated content.Job Specifications:Skills:Strong communication, creativity, and ability to analyze data. Leadership skills with a solid understanding of marketing principles and tools.Education:Bachelor's or Master&rsquo;s in Marketing preferred. O &amp; A Levels background is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
