Track, document and handle all issues arising from supplier end, to inventory status, to shipment issues and to customer delivery. Follow the instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, and works under immediate supervision and reports to the manager.-&gt;Manage Customer Order Processing and Fulfillment.-&gt;Manage Return/Replacement process of orders.-&gt;Manage and process international orders.-&gt;Make sure that Shipment tracking are properly updated and no order is pending without a justification.-&gt; Work with suppliers to process and shipment of orders most cost effective method and efficiently.-&gt;Works with the suppliers and other venders to assess supply time lines based on workloads and inventory levels.-&gt;Responsible for Purchase price analysis and perform price comparison, to communicate and get best price/minimum price match from suppliers (track credits).-&gt;Pro-actively seeks out ways to exceed client expectations.-&gt;Works closely with line manager to ensure that current and future suppliers are identified and customer needs are addressed.-&gt;Performs other duties, as assigned.Skills Required-&gt;2 to 3 years of Order Fulfillment experience in a high volume e-Commerce online store and/or e-Marketplace such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart etc.-&gt;Experience in Order Fulfillment processing, merchandise return process.-&gt;Have experience in working with shipment companies such as (UPS, USPS).-&gt;Must have prior experience with computer business applications commonly used in e-Commerce business.-&gt;Candidate must have good command over written and spoken English.Plus Skills-&gt;Experience with e-Commerce business platform.share your resume at: hr@itverticals.comWork Location: In person
