Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to establish and manage our HR function for US-based operations. The ideal candidate will have strong HR expertise, excellent English communication skills, and prior experience working with US market teams. This role will play a key part in building HR systems, culture, and processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
• Coordinate employee training, development, and performance management initiatives
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction programs
• Oversee attendance, leave management, scheduling, and HR operations
• Manage employee benefits, vacation policies, and HR documentation
• Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and compliance standards
• Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and company culture for US operations
• Act as a key HR point of contact for US-based teams

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Prior experience handling HR operations for US-based teams or market
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zone
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proactive, structured, and ownership-driven mindset

Salary structure:

• Attractive salary + commisions
