We are seeking an experienced Senior HR (Recruitment Specialist) to lead recruitment activities and support key HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring.
- Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and other routine HR functions.
- Support employee relations and handle HR-related concerns professionally.
- Prepare recruitment reports, HR updates, and workforce summaries for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable working the evening/night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
