As our business continues to expand across England, Wales, and Scotland, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to identify, interview, and recruit skilled installers to support our nationwide operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring we hire professional, customer-focused installers while maintaining high recruitment standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Source qualified installer candidates throughout England, Wales, and Scotland.
- Advertise vacancies on Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen CVs and applications.
- Conduct professional interviews in fluent English via phone and video calls.
- Evaluate candidates' communication skills, experience, and suitability.
- Verify employment history and relevant certifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules with management when required.
- Maintain an organized recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
- Build relationships with trade professionals and recruitment channels across the UK.
- Meet monthly hiring targets.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English (Native or Near-Native level).
- Outstanding telephone communication and interviewing skills.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Experience recruiting field engineers, installers, technicians, or tradespeople is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within the UK market.
- Knowledge of the construction, electrical, renewable energy, or EV installation industry.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Understanding of UK Right to Work requirements and recruitment best practices.

We're looking for someone who is confident speaking with people from all parts of the UK and can build rapport quickly. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of identifying top talent while maintaining a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Recruitment professionals are expected to source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates while managing multiple vacancies efficiently
Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Dealing with UK based campaigns: 1 year (Required)
